Jackson’s exposed knees were the talk of Broadway and beyond. Our twist on the classic cocktail adds jalapeno for a little kick that’s sure to make you dance. The Underground is located in the basement of the iconic Las Vegas Mob Museum in downtown. Not only is it a historical prohibition exhibit, but it is also a distillery, speakeasy, and private VIP room. The speakeasy is built around a well-stocked bar featuring hand-crafted cocktails and really embodies the atmosphere of the prohibition era. The Mob Museum opened on February 14, 2012, and has played an important role in the revival of downtown Las Vegas. After the renovations that restored many of the building’s historical features, it earned LEED Silver certification.
